Student participation in co-curricular activities can also be included on reports, and to ensure they appear on the report the participation needs to be marked as reportable.
| 1) | Go to Data Entry | Activities | Add Participants. |
| 2) | Set activity defaults, and in the Report field select either Sem 1, Sem 2 or Both. This will ensure that the activity will appear on the student’s report. |
| 3) | Add students to the activity and Save. |
