1) | Go to Academic | Class | S1 Marks (or S2 Marks, depending on which report you are working on). |
2) | Select a class from the Search for your Class drop down list. |
Teachers will only see their own classes in this list, faculty supervisors and faculty assistants will see all classes in their faculty and users with Academic Admin or Admin permissions will see every class in this list.
3) | The marking screen for this class loads. Enter marks as required. |
| If you are using the Markbook to publish marks you won’t have to enter marks here – they will come across from the Markbook automatically when you publish. |
5) | When this screen loads the comment entry boxes are hidden. To show comments for this class click the red arrow icon in the Options area at the top of the class list. |
6) | The comment box is displayed and comments can be entered. As the teacher clicks in a comment field the character limit hour glass is displayed indicating how close the teacher is getting to the specified character limit. |
7) | Click Save once comments have been entered. |
8) | To hide the comment boxes again click on the same icon, which is now displaying a green tick. |
