If you prefer to do your entire task set up first, and then publish all tasks for the current academic report period at the one time, the ‘Publish Subject/Year’ action may be useful to you.
1. | Make sure the publishing set up is complete on all the tasks you wish to publish. This could mean all the tasks of a particular subject, or all the tasks of a particular school year. |
2. | Go to the main Markbook screen. It doesn’t matter which subject you search for. |
3. | From the Actions area select Publish Subject/Year. |
5. | A popup appears. Select either a whole subject, or a whole year group to publish |
7. | You will be notified that the marks are about to be published. Click OK to continue. |
8. | The marks are then published. You are notified on the bottom of the screen when the publishing is complete. |
Only tasks that have been set up for publishing to the current academic report period will be published. Previous (or future) report periods will not be affected.
