Set next year’s timetable as the current one

Setting next year’s timetable as the current timetable should be done immediately after the roll over appointment, if it is available.

Although not strictly part of the roll over process, setting up a new timetable is a task that needs to be completed for a new year. Please speak to Civica if you need help with next year’s timetable.

If the new timetable is available setting it to be the current timetable can be done now. This is specified in the Current Term field on Home | Admin | Defaults.
