iWise allows Department Heads and Department Assistant Heads access in the Academic module to classes in their faculty that they don’t necessarily teach.
To enable this three things need to be correct:
| 1) | Subjects need to be in their correct faculties; |
| 2) | The heads of department and assistant heads of department need to be specified as such; and |
| 3) | If you are using Maze, there is no default way of indicating who the head of a department is. You will need to modify your Maze schema to include this new field. Once you have made this change, you need to let Civica know so we can adjust iWise to be aware of this new field. |
