Special access for Year Coordinators

Specifying the role of Year Coordinator allows an individual to see all classes, subjects and tasks in their year group in the Academic module as well as the Markbook.

If you are using iWise Professional the role of Year Coordinator is specified in iWise.

If you are using iWise with Maze you will need to have Maze modified to store this information. Please speak to Civica for futher information about the modification required.

To specify the role of Year Coordinator in iWise Professional:

1)	Go to Home \| Admin \| Control Panel.

2)	Click on the icon ‘School Years’.

3)	From the list on the left click on a school year to load details on the right.

4)	Specify the Year Coordinator in the top right School Year Detail area

5)	Click Save in this detail area.

6)	Click on another school year and repeat.
