Student results

     

This report is designed to hand out to students to give them a more condensed version of their results. It also includes the ability to hide the marks and just show the rank.

 

1.Search for the subject you wish to print, and make sure your date range includes all the tasks you want to include on the report.

lightbulb_on  Only tasks that have been marked will appear on this report.

2.From the Actions area, select Print > Student Results.

3.Click Go.
4.A popup appears, listing all the tasks that are going to be included on the report. By default, all tasks that are visible on the main screen will be included on the report. Uncheck the tick box of any you don’t want to include.

lightbulb_on   If you can’t see a particular task in this list, go back to the main screen and check your date range. Tasks need to be visible on the main screen before they are included in this popup.

5.Click Print.
6.The report is created in pdf format, which you can then use to print and/or save to your computer.

The report contains a list of tasks and results for each student and looks like this. Only tasks that have been marked will appear on this report.

 

You can also print this report without the marks – and only show the rank, grade and average. To do this click the Hide Marks button at the top of the report.

To change to the grid view report, click the Grid View button. The report will then look like this:
