Archiving reports |
Once your academic reports have been finalized they are ready for archiving. If you are storing your academic data in iWise, archiving is now a very simple process. Once you create a new academic period, the old one is archived automatically. So to archive your reports simply create a new academic report period. See page 11 for more information on how this is done. Profile and outcome descriptions, as well as class lists and teacher names are stored with the archived report.
Reprinting archived reports Printing of archived academic reports is done in the same way as printing a report for the current period.
Editing archived reports If you need to make a change to a student’s archived report you can do so on Academic | Archive | Search.
If you need to make changes to a student’s classes or subjects on an archived report use Academic | Admin | Report Data. Simply select the relevant report period before you make any changes.
