Emailing attendees and their carers

If you would like to email attendees to an event, or their carers, this can be done via Calendar | Events | Manage.

1.Go to Calendar | Events | Manage.
2.Single click on the event you wish to work with (to select it).

From the Actions area, select Email Event Attendees or Email Event Attendee Carers.

The iWise email window will popup. Enter an email subject, and compose your message. It is also a good idea to tick the ‘Send copy to me’ box.

Click Queue or Send Now to send the messages.

 

Emailing attendees and their carers

Click Queue or Send Now to send the messages.

 

lightbulb_on  If you click Queue, the messages will be sent in the background, and you won’t have to wait for the sending to finish. If you click Send Now you will need to wait until all messages are sent. If you have a lot of recipients it is better to click Queue.

 

lightbulb_on  If you prefer to use your normal email program to send the messages, click the link at the bottom of the email window. This will open your normal email program, with the recipients already loaded in the ‘To’ area.

 

lightbulb_on  You can also email event attendees from the Attendee tab of the event details. Click the ‘Email All’ button at the bottom of the attendee list.
