Emailing permission slips

     

Permission slips can be emailed using the Actions area on Calendar | Events | Manage. The permission slip will go to the attendee’s email address (not their carer’s)

1.Go to Calendar | Events | Manage.
2.Single click on the event you wish to work with (to select it).

From the Actions area, select Email Permission Slips.

 

A popup will appear, asking you to confirm that you are happy for the emails to be sent. Click OK to send the messages.

 

Personalised emails will be sent to each of the attendees – with the permission slip attached as a PDF file.
