Full task edit

     

The full details of a task can be edited by accessing the Full Task Edit popup.

This popup can be accessed in one of two ways:

Right click on the task and selecting Full Task Edit; or
Single click on the task (to load information in the summary area) and then click the Task Details icon in the Summary area.

 

 

The Full Task Edit popup contains a summary area at the top and 4 tabs below.

 

The Summary area at the top is the same as the summary area on the main grid, and the 4 tabs contain details about the task.

The Mark this task tab is where you can enter marks and comments, as well as estimates

The Basic tab is where you can edit things like the task name, date and out of number, as well as where you specify if the task is marked with a number or a grade.

The Advanced tab is where you can categorise the task, specify who can see class marks and set dates for release through igloo.

The Publishing and Scaling tab is where you manage the set up for publishing for academic reporting and where you manage the scaling of the task.
