Class lists in the Markbook are being drawn from your timetable both pre and post report period cutoff date. The Markbook makes allowances for students who have left a class. Please refer to the Markbook instruction manual for further information.
In some circumstances it is necessary to draw information for reports directly from individual tasks in the Markbook. If this is the case, Civica will provide more information about your task set up requirements.
If you are using the Markbook and want marks, grades and/or ranks to be automatically transferred to the Academic module for reporting you will need to correctly set up your publishing details and then actually publish.
