Menu Overview

     

Following is a broad description of each of the iWise screens, and how they work. The menus you see here may be different to the menus you see on your iWise, and this could be for a number of reasons:

The access permissions you have been given to iWise will determine which screens you will be able to see. A person with full admin permissions will see all screens. Others will have been given admin permissions to just one or more functions (eg: enrolment management, financial management, academic report management etc).

 

Most teachers, however, will have been given permission to view the default ‘staff’ list. This means a number of screens won’t be visible to them.

 

Some of the menus listed here are included with iWise Professional only. If your school has iWise Link you won’t have access to them.

 

Your school also has the ability to modify menus. They can be moved, renamed or even hidden all together to suit your school’s needs. The modification of menus is done on a school-wide basis (not tailored for the individual user) and can explain why the list below may be different to what you can see.
