iWise scheduler for academic reports

There are a couple of scheduler items that are relevant to academic reports. The scheduler will run the process automatically as specified, or you can run the process manually if required.

The iWise scheduler is found by going to Home | Admin | Control Panel, and clicking on Scheduler.

The two items relevant to academic reports are:

If you are not using iWise for your timetable this process will bring in your current timetable. By default this is set to run at 2.20am and 12.20pm each day.

This process syncs the Academic module with your timetable. By default this is set to run at 3.15pm each day.

To run a process manually click on the relevant row and then select Run Task and Go from the Actions area.
