Other tabs on the period marking screen

Mark the Roll	This is the tab just described and is used to mark the roll. It also contains the Pastoral and Comment columns. The Pastoral column is used to create pastoral records in class. The Comment column is used to add further detail to the pastoral record, if one has been selected, or to add a quick class comment. Please speak to Civica if you would like help with creating pastoral records in iWise.
Lesson Plan	The Lesson Plan tab is where you can record your lesson plan and homework for this class. Please speak to Civica if you would like help with this tab.
Contact Details	The Contact Details tab provides phone numbers and email addresses for the students in this class and their parents. It also allows you to send bulk or individual emails to students and/or their parents.
Current Locations	The Current Locations tab shows you where the students in your class are located at the time you are viewing it.
Attendance History	The Attendance History tab provides statistics on attendance history to this class. See page 32 for more information about this tab.
Attendance Detail	The Attendance Detail tab will let you see each student’s attendance status to every class held this calendar year. See page 33 for more information about this tab.
