Screen actions

     

In addition to viewing information on a teacher’s calendar by hovering over an element, there are a number of actions that can be done,

Click and drag actions

If you have iWise Admin or Calendar Admin user permissions, or if you are the creator of an event, you can click and drag to change the time of an event.

If you have iWise Admin or Absence Admin user permissions you can click and drag to change the time of a student absence.

If you have iWise Admin or Covers Admin user permissions you can click and drag to change the time of a staff absence.

To quickly add an appointment to your own calendar click and drag to create the event.

Enter the event name and then click the Save icon.

lightbulb_on  You can only create events on your own calendar, and you will be recorded as the only attendee at this event.

 

Right click actions

Right click on a timetable class to:

-View Class (links to Home | Students | Classes)
-Cancel Class
-Mark Period Roll (brings up class details popup)
-Edit Lesson Details (brings up class details popup)
-Print Class List
-Print Lesson Detail
-Print Lesson History

Right click on an event to:

-Mark Event Roll (brings up event roll marking popup)
-Edit Event (brings up a popup where you can change the event name and short description)
-Delete Event
-Print Attendee List
-Print Attendee Details
-Print Attendee Grid
-Print Permission Slip
-Print Permission Slip – Blank
 

Right click on an absence to:

-Edit Absence (brings up a popup where you can edit the absence.)
-Delete Absence
-View Absence History
-Print Absence History
 
 

Right click on a Sickbay item to:

-Edit Sickbay Record
-Delete sickbay
-Print Sickbay Report
-Print Sickbay History

Right click Early Leave item to:

-Edit Leave Pass
-Delete Early leave
 
 
 

Right click a Markbook task to:

-Mark/Edit Task (brings up the full task edit popup)
-Print Task Grid
-Print Student Results
-Export task results to Excel

 

Double click actions

In addition to right click actions, some actions are available with a double click:

-Double click on a normal class to mark the roll.
-Double click on an event to mark the event roll.
-Double click on a task to edit the details of the task or to mark it.
