Specifying outcome, profile and grade lists

Different schools use different options for marking outcome, profile and grades. These dropdown values could be from A-E, Excellent to Poor, or Working Beyond to Not Achieved.

A default set of dropdown values each for outcomes, profiles and grades is included with an iWise installation. If your outcome list, profile list and/or grade list is common throughout the school then the default sets can simply be tailored to suit your school’s specific requirements.

If your school uses more than one set of dropdown lists for any of these sections then additional sets will need to be created.

Once the required sets are created the correct set to use for each subject needs to be specified.

The set up of the outcome, profile and grade dropdown lists is usually done with the initial set up of the academic area, as the printed report is created.

    For this reason it is quite likely that if you have requested Civica to create your printed report that we will also set up your dropdown lists. Please note that if you then make changes to the dropdown lists it is very likely that you will need to request changes to your printed report set up as well.
