Specifying the school head name and title for reports

If you are printing the name of the school head, and/or deputy head on your reports, their name and their title can be specified in the Head 1, Head 1 Title, Head 2 and Head 2 Title fields. Click in the field to select a staff member. You can have different staff members for different school years.

 Every school’s report set up is different. This means that these fields may or may not have been used when creating your report template.

 Please speak to Civica if modifying these fields seems to have no effect on your report printout.
