Setting up mark and comment entry fields |
Different schools report on different marks for their academic reports. For example, one school might report on Class, Exam, Assessment, Group Project, Individual Project marks. Another school might report on Rank and also show class or subject averages. To allow for this, iWise allows you specify which mark fields to include for reporting. All fields that are used are specified on Academic | Admin | Mark Fields and then fields used for individual subjects can be tailored on Academic | Admin | Show Fields.
The set up of the mark fields is usually done with the initial set up of the academic area, as the printed report is created. For this reason it is quite likely that if you have requested Civica to create your printed report that we will also set up your mark and comment entry fields. Please note that if you then make changes to the mark and comment entry fields it is very likely that you will need to request changes to your printed report set up as well. |
