The easiest way to activate proofing rules is to have them run as teachers enter their comments. To do this you need to turn on the proofing rule setting.
| 1) | Go to Home | Admin | Settings. |
| 2) | Search for and click on ACADEMIC_AUTO_CORRECT_COMMENTS. |
| 3) | Check the Yes tick box. |
Once this setting is turned on, comments will be automatically corrected as teachers enter them on Academic | Class | S1 and S2 Marks.
Please ignore the buttons at the bottom of the proofing screen. These are old buttons used to run proofing rules manually and are no longer the recommended proofing method.
