What happens to automatic absence records where events occur first thing in the morning

Some schools use iWise with a non standard ‘Absent until proven present’ absentee set up. This means that absence records are automatically created for students each morning, which are then deleted as they are marked present or as they swipe into school.

So that events will work correctly with this absentee set up, automatic absence records will not be created for students attending events which start before 9.30 and end after 9.00.
