Printing List of events To print a list of events that occur within a specified date range, use the Event List report. The Event List report can be printed from either Calendar | Events | Manage or from the Report Directory. To print from Calendar | Events | Manage:
Specify other search criteria, as required. For example, this report can show you all the events that were held in the school hall this term, or all the events attended by a certain staff member. You can also include specified calendars only, by making selections from the Display these Cals only area. Depending on how you have set up your events, this will allow you to print a list of events relevant to year 10 only, for example.
From the Actions area, select Print Event List. A pdf will be created, which you can then print on paper or save to your computer.
To print from the Report Directory:
