Creating tasks common to more than one subject or class |
Occasionally, you may need a task that is common to more than one class in a subject, but not all the classes in a subject. Alternatively, sometimes you may need a task that is common to more than one subject. The Markbook allows for this kind of set up. For example, you may have 3 English classes in a year but only the top two are sitting a particular exam. In this case, you would need a class-based task, common to two classes. Or you may have a task that both the 2 unit Maths classes and the 3 Unit Maths classes are sitting, and you want to see statistics for all and rank all the students together. In this case, you would need a subject-based task, common to two subjects. When creating tasks common to other classes or subjects you start by making a task for one of the classes (or subjects) and then make it common to the others. |
