Detailed event setup

Once you have entered the basic information about an event and clicked Save, you may like to enter more information about the event on the additional tabs that are loaded.

The Maintenance tab is unique to the other tabs in that it has at least three accordions on it – General, Permission Slip / Financial and Registration / Calendar. If you flag the event as recurring you will see a fourth accordion – Recurrence.

Click on the accordion title bar (dark blue line) to access fields on the relevant accordion.

All the other tabs have one panel only, accessed by clicking on the tab itself.

Following is a description of the fields on each of these tabs and accordions. Remember, when entering information the quickest way to move about the screen is to use your tab key.
