How to create a new report period

     

 

There are 3 essential steps to creating a new report period:

1.Lock down the current report period;
2.Create a new report period; then
3.Modify the default current academic period.

 

And then there is an option 4th step if your new reporting period is for semester 2 and your default set up allows:

4.Move Semester 1 marks to the new report period so teachers can reference them as they complete their Semester 2 report.
