Reminding teachers of unmarked rolls

      

To remind teachers of their unmarked rolls, this screen provides the Action – ‘Reminder Teachers’.

Selecting this action will send an email to all teachers with unmarked mandatory rolls on the day currently displayed on screen.

The format of the email they receive will look similar to this:

lightbulb_on iWise also provides a scheduler task that will send an automatic email to teachers with unmarked mandatory rolls at 4.30pm each day. This is in addition to emails sent via Data Entry | Absences | Rolls Marked.
