Once you have set up all the fields you may want to use, you can then hide of show these on individual subjects for different semesters.
1) | Go to Academic | Admin | Show Fields. |
2) | By default, all mark fields you created will be indicated for display for all subjects in both S1 and S2 (Slot 1 and Slot 2). |
3) | Uncheck the tick boxes to hide mark fields for specific subjects. |
You can search for specific subjects using the Subject Key field at the top, and then clicking Search.
To tailor the mark fields for slot 2, select semester S2 in the top search area.
4) | Click Save to save your changes. |
