All events that have been recorded can be viewed and managed via Calendar | Events | Manage. This screen has different ways of looking at your events – day, week, month and list views – which can be changed using the buttons at the top right of screen.
Events can be placed on different school calendars. For example, all events relevant to students in year 10 could be placed on the ‘Year 10’ calendar. You could manage your iWise calendar without using different school calendars, but it will allow you to gain a quick snapshot of what is going on for a particular group. Your school is able to easily manage the set up of the different calendars, and calendars can be colour coded for easy display.
